The Summer Reading Program of Jacksonville High School was established by the English department to provide enrichment for our students and to illustrate that learning is a year-round and life-long process. A.C.T. scores reflect the benefits of this program. The selections were chosen to broaden our students' outlooks as well as to provide challenging material. All assigned reading is due the first day of school. Materials can be found in local bookstores and libraries.
